| Ingredients |
- 8 ounces dry cholesterol-free noodles or regular egg noodles, uncooked
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 pkg (14 oz each) turkey smoked sausage, cut into 1/2-inch diagonal slices
- 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 can (14.5 oz each) Hunt'sŪ Diced Tomatoes, undrained
- 1 pkg (1 oz each) turkey gravy mix
- 1 cup frozen green peas
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons Hunt'sŪ Tomato Paste

| Directions | - Cook noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat 1 minute. Add sausage and mushrooms; cook 5 minutes, or until sausage is lightly browned, stirring frequently.
- Stir in tomatoes with their liquid, gravy mix, peas, water and paste; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover tightly; simmer 10 minutes.
- Drain noodles; portion into serving bowls. Top with sausage mixture.
